| Our cancellation policy varies according to the booked dates as well as the booked rate. Please refer for the cancellation policy to our booking engine (see under the specific room rates) or your booking confirmation. |

| | Guarantee policy (except non-refundable rates) | |

| In order to guarantee your reservation we either require a deposit or a valid credit card for pre-authorizations of at least 50% of the total of your arrangement. (Pre-authorization credit card) |

| | Policy for bookings exceeding three rooms | |

| Kindly note that for bookings of more than three rooms, different cancellation and guarantee policies will be applied, than stated in the automatic online confirmation. We will send manually a new cancellation and guarantee policy. |

| If the extra bed is not in the room rate included the following rates apply. Up to 2 years: free of charge. From 3 years on: CHF 70.00 per night per extra bed including breakfast Exception: Christmas and New Year as well as winter high season: CHF 80.00 per night per extra bed These prices also apply when a child sleeps in the parents' bed |
